The author of this blog has recently completed a study into Aspartame, a study entitled “Super Sweet: The human love affair with artificial sweeteners” as a bachelor level thesis at Roskilde University in Denmark as part of his studies in Technological and Socio Economic Planning.
This website hosts formatted sections of the research, includes web references that I have come across in the course of my writing and research and also articles furthering the scope of the initial research.
